    • 1hr video consultation with me to discuss the sleep issues, formulate a plan tailored to your family and answer any questions about the process. In person if local.

    • A personalised ‘Blueprint’ plan and full day routine, giving you something that works for YOU and meets your goals.

    • Support options: 1 × 30 min follow up call (£225) OR 3 weeks Daily Support (£375)

    • Support coverage Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

    This will help you and your family by giving you all longer stretches of sleep, improved daytime naps and remove any bedtime battles in just 7-10 days, without leaving your baby to cry.

  • I will identify changes you need to make to your child’s routine to help create a healthy sleep foundation. I will create a sleep plan tailored to your family based on your parenting style and lifestyle to help you all get better sleep.

    There is a lot of conflicting advice out there - whether that’s google or just within your parenting network. it’s not one size fits all. Sometimes you need a personalised plan and the support to implement it to ensure the best results.

    My goal is to make exhausted parents get the sleep they deserve as well as creating a happy and positive sleep space for their baby. I want parents to thrive not just survive.

  • My gradual and responsive methods ensure the changes made to your baby’s sleep minimise distress on your baby and reinforce strong parental attachment. I can’t promise no crying as this is how our babies often communicate with us.

    I offer supportive techniques that prioritise comfort and reassurance.

    My approach does not involve leaving your child to cry on their own to sleep.

  • I only work with babies who are 5 months to 5 years and provide guidance tailored to your baby's individual needs and readiness.

    I will only work with a family once your baby is developmentally ready.

  • The timeline for sleep training varies depending on factors such as your baby's age, temperament, and current sleep habits. Many families start seeing improvements within a few days to a couple of weeks.

    If we haven’t seen improvements within 5-7 days of a plan I will review it with you and see if it needs to be adapted.
