Sleep deprivation is awful and as a parent, I know first hand how important it is to get quality sleep. Not just for your little one(s) but for you as well.
I’m Libby, a Mummy of 3 to a 5 year old boy and 2 year old girl/boy twins.
We had numerous sleepless nights of feeding/rocking our eldest to sleep and pacing around the room which led to sleep deprivation and negativity kicking in. I thought I would have sleepless nights as a parent but this was so debilitating and often society expects you just to ‘deal with’. They say its “normal”. We needed help.
Sleep consultancy revolutionised my life and going into a second (twin) pregnancy with the tips and tools needed to optimise my babies’ sleep, meant that we were putting ourselves in the best possible position to never get to that situation again. I qualified as an Infant Sleep Consultant to help other families improve their sleep - to thrive not survive.
I create Bespoke Sleep Plans for babies aged 5 months through to 5 years. I use a range of methods which means I can be reactive to each individual situation as every baby is different and will respond to different approaches, however I do not use the Cry It Out method.
I provide 1:1 Daily Support for 3 weeks to ensure each family’s sleep is transformed to its potential. Taking the step towards improving your child’s sleep is a big one and I am there to guide you through the process and can guarantee results.
