Hi! I’m Libby, a Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant and founder of Libby Sleep Consultancy. I am also a Mummy of 3 to a 5 year old boy and 2 year old girl/boy twins.
We had numerous sleepless nights of feeding/rocking our eldest to sleep and pacing around the room which led to extreme tiredness kicking in. Sleep deprivation is awful and as a parent, I know first hand how important it is to get quality sleep. Not just for your little one(s) but for you as well.
Because of my own experience with a sleep consultant, sleep training became a passion and Libby Sleep Consultancy was born with the drive to help families get the sleep they need to thrive not survive.

I use a range of gradual and responsive methods which means I can be reactive to each individual situation as every baby is different and will respond to different approaches, however I do not use the Cry It Out method.
