How it works
1.Book a Free Intro Call
A 20 min chat to talk through your sleep issues, how I can support you on the Sleep Blueprint Plan and for you to ask all your Qs, including - Are we a good fit?
2. Sleep Diary (3 days)
A Sleep Diary is sent to you and you’ll note down all of your child’s routines, feeding, wakings, temperament and I’ll do a deep dive, detailed analysis to understand where tweaks need to be made
3. Consultation & Blueprint Plan
We’ll have a 1hr Consultation to discuss the sleep issues, formulate a plan tailored to your family and answer any questions about the process.
In person if local.
A personalised ‘Blueprint’ plan will be sent, giving you something that works for YOU and meets your goals.
4. 3 weeks of Daily 1:1 Support
I’ll be in your pocket cheering you on and giving you the support, accountability and reassurance every day for 3 weeks whilst you implement the Blueprint Plan. Typically via whatsapp/email and additional calls if needed.
And afterwards?…
