How it works

1.Book a Free Intro Call

A 20 min chat to talk through your sleep issues, how I can support you on the Sleep Blueprint Plan and for you to ask all your Qs, including - Are we a good fit?

2. Sleep Diary (3 days)

A Sleep Diary is sent to you and you’ll note down all of your child’s routines, feeding, wakings, temperament and I’ll do a deep dive, detailed analysis to understand where tweaks need to be made

3. Consultation & Blueprint Plan

We’ll have a 1hr Consultation to discuss the sleep issues, formulate a plan tailored to your family and answer any questions about the process.
In person if local.

A personalised ‘Blueprint’ plan* will be sent, giving you something that works for YOU and meets your goals.

4. Daily 1:1 Support for up to 3 weeks

I’ll be in your pocket cheering you on and giving you the support, accountability and reassurance for up to 3 weeks whilst you implement the Blueprint Plan. Typically via whatsapp/email (Mon - Fri, 9am-6pm) and additional calls if needed.

Alternatively, I offer a one off 30 min Troubleshoot Call which would be just £225.

And afterwards?…

At the end of the sleep plan and support period, your baby will…

  • Have learnt how to connect their sleep cycles and self settle independently

  • Be sleeping through the night (depending on night feed requirements)

  • Be able to sleep for longer stretches, even if still feeding

  • Have an improved routine, settling for naps and wind down for bedtime.

  • Will have your evenings back to rest, go out with friends or even do nothing and watch Netflix!

Hi, I’m Libby Cheetham. A Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant and Mum of 3 inc. twins!

I have a Level 6 OCN Certification through the London School of Childcare Studies. To put this in perspective, Level 6 is equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree, representing a high level of academic and practical expertise in child development and sleep science.

Unlike unregulated 'sleep coaches,' my methods are rooted in evidence and safety.

As you’d expect with 3 children, I’ve had my fair share of sleepless nights, feeding/rocking leading to sleep deprivation and negativity kicking in.

I qualified to help other families improve their sleep - to thrive not survive.
